The Sneaker Art of Max Berliti

By Suzy Kassem.

One can quickly see by observing his masterpieces, that Berliti pushes the envelope when using the sneaker as a canvas – mainly the Adidas Stan Smith. While other artists in the past have primarily simply added ink and paint to already manufactured sneakers, or simply changed up the colorway on a Nike collaboration, Max Berliti rips sneakers to the core to create super fresh, one-of-a-kind sculptures that not only keep you looking, but are so enriched with meaning.

I’M SUCH A SNEAKERHEAD!!! LMVVSAO
